At Nakpunar, we want to keep you in the loop about our shipping process. Here's what you need to know:

Delivery Time: The delivery time for your order may vary based on your location and the shipping speed you choose at checkout. All orders are shipped from NJ, USA. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with details on how to track it.

Business Days: Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday. Our warehouse doesn't work or process orders during the weekend.

Special Periods: During sales, special offers, launches, etc., the shipping time frame may be extended by up to three more business days. For example, it can take up to six business days before your order is shipped.

Unforeseen Circumstances: While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen problems like extreme weather or accidents can sometimes cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.


At Nakpunar, we strive for perfection, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Here's our policy on claims:

Wrong Items Sent: If you receive the wrong items, no worries! We'll replace them promptly. We'll also provide a return label to make the process smooth.

Damaged During Transit: In the unfortunate event of transit damage, snap a picture of the damaged product and provide us with details. This helps us open a claim for you. Remember, it's the customer's responsibility to check the order's arrival during delivery to ensure everything is intact.

Unclaimed Packages

If we receive packages from a cumer/recipient who has refused the package sent to them by FedEx, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of $10.00
