At Nakpunar, we want to keep you in the loop about our shipping process. Here's what you need to know:

Delivery Time: The delivery time for your order may vary based on your location and the shipping speed you choose at checkout. All orders are shipped from NJ, USA. Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with details on how to track it.

Business Days: Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday. Our warehouse doesn't work or process orders during the weekend.

Special Periods: During sales, special offers, launches, etc., the shipping time frame may be extended by up to three more business days. For example, it can take up to six business days before your order is shipped.

Unforeseen Circumstances: While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen problems like extreme weather or accidents can sometimes cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.


At Nakpunar, we strive for perfection, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Here's our policy on claims:

Wrong Items Sent: If you receive the wrong items, no worries! We'll replace them promptly. We'll also provide a return label to make the process smooth.

Damaged During Transit: In the unfortunate event of transit damage, snap a picture of the damaged product and provide us with details. This helps us open a claim for you. Remember, it's the customer's responsibility to check the order's arrival during delivery to ensure everything is intact.

Unclaimed Packages

If we receive packages from a cumer/recipient who has refused the package sent to them by FedEx, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of $10.00

Return Policy

At Nakpunar, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Requirements:
Please ensure that the returned item is in the same quantity and quality as when it was received. Damaged, used, or missing items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If we mistakenly send the wrong product or quantity, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer support team at to request a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, with items in new condition, and will incur a 20% restocking fee; return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. To ensure a swift and seamless process, we suggest placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original. This helps keep our system running efficiently for everyone.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized items.

Returns on Custom Orders:
Custom orders, created specifically per customer requests, are final and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. To expedite the resolution process, we kindly request that you provide us with photographs of the damaged items without delay. These images are crucial for us to accurately assess the situation and swiftly proceed with arranging a replacement or issuing a refund as necessary. Rest assured, all our packages are insured to safeguard your purchase. Additionally, the photographic evidence of damages, including the quantity of affected items, is essential for initiating a case with the carrier.
