Minimum Order

We have no minimum order.  If you do not see the quantity you're looking for please contact us at 848-863-6993 or at sales@nakpunar.com

Custom Item production

For custom item orders call us from 848-863-6993. If your item will be handmade and other than our continues items we charge $4.95 handling fee for per order.

Price & Shipping Cost 

Our website is cheaper for both price and shipping than the other websites we sell (eBay, Amazon, Etsy etc)

The discount starts with %10 off (even only 1 item) and calculated automatically without coupon code.

How do I apply a promo code?

Promo codes can be applied in shopping bag during the checkout process. Enter in the promo code and click apply.

Can I add a personalized message to my order?

Whether or not you choose to add gift packaging to your order, you can add a personalized gift message for no additional charge. Please leave us a message when you checkout. We do not add any invoice in the package for gift items.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please check your spam folders if you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order leaves our facilities. This email will include a delivery tracking number. Please note that some orders may arrive in separate packages. You will receive an email for each package shipped to you.

My order was cancelled - why?

We express our sincerest apologies if you received a cancellation notice email for an order. The order may have been cancelled due to a lack of inventory.

How will I know if my product is on backorder?

If an item you've ordered is on backorder, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know the estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the item or cancel it.

Sale Taxes

Nakpunar.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to states where Nakpunar has operations.

Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to: AZ, FL, IN, KS, NV, NJ, PA, TN, TX, VA. Tax will be calculated at time of check out and will be included in your order summary.

Wholesale Discount:

Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. To see the quantity discounts please go to item listing and check right below Add to Cart section to see Bulk Price discounts. Quantity discounts automatically calculates.

USA Shipping:

We can ship orders to

  • The 50 US states
  • US Virgin Islands
  • Guam
  • APO/FPO military addresses (Some items shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be received within 5 to 7 business days. However, most orders take up to 14 business days.)

Worldwide Shipping:

Nakpunar ships Worldwide except Mexico, South America, some Middle Eastern Countries due to custom problems we had in the past.

We reserve our rights to not ship some items International due to custom problems we had in the past such as Velvet Fabric by yard.

Tracking number will available but it may not show the items whereabouts at customer's country.

Customers are full responsible with custom fees, broker fees, shipping cost and shipping upgrades.

Shipping & Handling time:

Most orders ship within one to two business days with USPS or UPS depend the weight of the item. Your order either ship from our Warehouse (NJ) or from Amazon Warehouse. After you made a purchase you'll get a tracking number to follow up your order.

USPS first class takes 2-5 business days and we use this option for lightweight items (under 13 oz)

Heavy items like glass jars ship with USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 Business Days and UPS Ground 1-5 business days.

Shipping Upgrade

For urgent orders/shipping upgrades please call directly 848-863-6993. We'll try our best to ship the items same business day. Shipping upgrade difference will be billed by Paypal.

Nakpunar does not sell or rent customer email addresses to other companies. We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, analyzing trends and statistics, and at your request, informing you of our new products, services and special offers.

Problems with an Order — Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please call us from 848-863-6993 and we will arrange for a replacement. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

All our items ships with insurance therefore we needs to picture of the damaged items.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be completed in store or via mail. We will gladly exchange or credit your timely return when it is presented in salable condition with the original brand packaging and tags. We cannot exchange or credit gourmet, altered, customized or personalized items. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Nakpunar doesn't sell to 3rd Party Sellers and we do not accept any responsibility for damaged/defective items you may get from them.
